If an item was purchased in the store, we can issue in-store credit for something else you can enjoy! Special orders cannot be returned. A special order is any piece of jewelry that has been altered or specially made for you.
A WORD ON WARRANTIES
There are a lot of questions about diamond warranties, and there are a lot of jewelry stores that will try to sell you warranties on their diamonds for hundreds of dollars. We know from experience that the best way to protect your investment is to insure your jewelry. It is the only action that really covers you and your valuables. This is the reason that Magee Jewelry does not offer any warranty. Warranties make sense if there is a defect in your jewelry, but they do nothing if it is lost or stolen, which is what happens about 95% of the time. If there is something wrong
with your Magee Jewelry, or it needs repair, we just fix it. If there was something a little off in something you purchased from us,
we’ll do it free and make it right. If you need a repair on your jewelry, we charge about 50% less money for repairs than just about anywhere else we have looked into. It is fair pricing on a fair service, and that will save you a lot more money than any warranty that anyone could offer you.
